THOSE SPARKLES. Yes, I am very happy I finally got my old computer back!! C: well I actually got a newer and bigger computer though I like using this small old computer of mine still so...*hugs old computer* I MISSED YOU!!!

Anyway, I have got to stop using those patterns...

But this time, I used my own Piri OC! And no more naked chibis! =3= And I forgot a lot of things in Russia's clthing here...BUUT WHO CARES!! DX
and then again, this is not Philippines X Russia...This is RussiaXChibi!China and PhilippinesXChibi!America.
